Part of a site-specific installation for the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation for the 7 Artistas ao 10º Mês exhibition, this work brought the futuristic interior of a space shuttle to a section of the gallery corridor, partially transporting the viewer into a world of science fiction while at the same time reminding them of the illusion in the juxtaposition of the installation with the rest of the museum's natural architecture. The reflective surface of the black thermoplastic sheet highlights the participation of the viewer's own imagination in experiencing the illusion.
